How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Here are our estimates: 7 – 14 days

For pre-ordered or backordered items:
If your order contains pre-ordered or backordered items, we will ship any items that are in stock immediately and pre-ordered or backordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in a single order and only received some of them, don't worry, you will receive the rest soon.

Wrong Item Sent:
If the item you received is not the same size or pattern as you ordered, send us a photo of the item and we will resend or refund you as soon as possible after verification.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small period of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Returns:
By placing an order with Printhea, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods to Printhea. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on how to return an item.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Printhea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our tracking page. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
